They should be able to supply going back as 6 years, so in other words 2003 counts, also depending where you live, in England and Wales it is that of 6 years and Scotland 5 years.

Any problems and you think they are holding back your info, you can always contact the ICO (Information Commissioners Office), they should be able to help and lead you in the right direction:

I would ring them though, emails may take a while for a reply.

Did you request this by an SAR - request with payment?

Another thing is, if it was a different address you were living in at the time of taking these out, let them know the old address and of any personal changes to what they were then, and if any surname change, also apply your date of birth, these can be helped for tracking down your information.
