Dialaphone - I have lost my last voucher!

I am due to send my last voucher (12 month one) off to dialaphone in March to receive my last bit of cashback (£75), however I have lost this voucher! I phoned them up and pretended that I had sent the 12 month voucher in with the 9 month one by mistake and would I still be able to claim my last cashback. Dialaphone said that he would make a note on the system and just to send the bill in on its own when I receive it in March and all would be fine. Should I believe him? Has this happened to anyone else?

I know what you are all thinking. I shouldn't have lost the voucher in the first place!

When I lost my Dialaphone voucher, I told them and they sent me another copy of vouchers.

However since last May, DAP has stopped sending vouchers and only Airtime bill is required to be sent. So, you should be ok.

OT but what is the general opinion of dialaphone these days? still crap at cashbacks?

DAP has been very good for me. Had 4 handset's with them and all cashback's have been very prompt. I know few of my friends who also had handset with them and had no complains.

Only issue is Airtime redemption. I don't know how it works after 12 months, when you cancel the contract.
