It was not meant be sexist, its a term of endearment where I'm from and is not derogatary although I admit people from other parts of the country miss interprete it sometimes.

I'm not in the least bit racist, if you have ever dealt with their overseas call centre you will understand why I pointed it out. The level of service is not on par with their old call centres in Croydon, Bristol or Norwich,

Lloyd Latchford are authorised by the Financial Services Authority but only as an "Appointed Representitive". The fact they are authorised by the FSA is a good sign as it is very difficult to become authorised but it does pay to be cautious. So I would recommend people read the link provided by Danield2008 and make their own mind up but as with anything buyer beware
