had a quote from this company which is substantially cheaper than my current one.
has anyone had any dealings with this company.
they do not ask many questions and quote is quickly obtained
have checked their website and it does say they are fsa
they are a comparison site and advertise that you can get a lower quote in 40 seconds
any advice please

    Which Insurance company have they quoted you with?

    Check what the total excess is (Voluntary and Compulsory Excess combined).

    If in doubt ring the Insurer they have quoted you directly

    Thats a big excess to pay in the event of an accident, could you afford to pay that much

    That sounds strange to me.

    Be prepared when you accept the quote for it suddendly to increase as you answer further questions especially as the NU direct price is much more and you mentioned the site did not ask many questions.

    If you have an other half and add her to the NU policy as common law spouse it often reduces their premium by around 10%

    What sort of car have you got that costs a few grand

    Good price and Norwich Union are a decent company apart from the indian call centre.

    Have you tried putting your bird on as that will reduce it by about £100 if she is over 25
