and strangely enough, even if you were charged for theft, you would have been arrested, then bailed and a report would have been sent to the procurator fiscal. You may then wait up to a year to see if he warrants it to go to court, unless its a lot more serious than you are letting on....Deni, what you have neglected to say is that you have been charged with stealing from your employer, have been given a court date, and have entered a plea of guilty.0 -
