I think I'm also missing points from choose a prize, just been through my piggy bank and can't find them either but I can't find a confirmation email from them and I don't delete emails to sites I've signed up to.
There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

  • I've ordered £10 Leisure Voucher and £10 boots voucher, but only got the LV, surely they are usually sent in the same envelope aren't they or is this just me being pessimistic.

    Any ideas?

Having said that I'm going to break my own rule, because I know I signed up for the toptable offer on the first day it was posted (I posted it), and others are saying that they have received their points today. I haven't received my points and I've checked with other members of my family and they haven't received their points. I've also looked and I didn't receive a confirmation email - did anyone else receive one.

I will, of course, go through the usual routine of contacting Pigsback, but I need to know if there was a confirmation email first so that I have my information correct.
I've just checked and I haven't had the points added, either. I signed up on the first day, too, and like you, haven't had a confirmation email. icon9.gif

Now the offer is still running on PB, and I just tried submitting my details again and it came up with something along the lines of, 'your details have already been registered', so I obviously did sign up.

Seems like another glitch (same thing happened to me with Intrepid, and I did get the points eventually), so hopefully Darragh is going to be aware of problems with Toptable registrations. icon6.gif

Your greatness is measured by your kindness; your education and intellect by your modesty; your ignorance is betrayed by your suspicions and prejudices, and your real caliber is measured by the consideration and tolerance you have for others.

AFAIk there is no maximum but remember the points are only valid for a year then they are deleted from your account (i.e points earned on 1st November 2005 have to be used by 1st Nov 2006) the points are used up oldest first when you cash them in. Hope this makes sense :)
