I ordered Waitrose and Boots vouchers on the same day and have received the Waitrose one on its own today - so had exactly the same thought as you!

Darragh, if more than one voucher is ordered but can't be sent at the same time because perhaps one is awaiting stock, could this be mentioned on the compliments slip that is included in the envelope?

Hoping you get your Boots voucher soon getcarter (and me mine!)

how do you select a reward im trying but there is no box to select

There should be a box on the right hand side of each reward if you have enough points to get it (and you've been a member for more than 10 days). You have to press the little 'up' arrow on the box to get it to register (you can't type the quantity in for some reason). Then you press 'select item' at the bottom of the page. Then you have to click on 'view my selections'. can't remember what you do next...
