I think things are getting better and there are not as many complaints on this board about PB. Ok the odd day the competition says that you have already entered it (which you haven't) I can cope with that.

Now for my gripe. The thing that annoys me is when someone sends an email querying points or in my OH's case rewards that have not arrived and they get no response. Even following your advice of additional email address etc.

So you are left wondering did PB really get the email. Then you send another one still no response and if you are really persistant perhaps a 3rd or 4th email. What does this do? I imagine it keeps people like Rachel busy reading the same email numerous times. If only there was an auto response to at least know that the email has been read or at least received.

In my OH's she has stopped emailing until the backlog of mail is cleared up in Belfast as my OH's rewards may be stuck there. After that she will enquire again.

Sorry to be such a moan but think this is one thing that could be easily improved.

Buttons in the jackpot don't work for me if I am using Mozilla Firefox - I have to switch to Explorer to bid in jacpot.

There are an AWFUL lot of queries coming in to me at the moment and I know I seem bad at getting back to people, but honestly it's not that I'm ignoring you, it's that I'm trying to prioritise the different requests and needs of the website and the resolution and improvement of processes, issues and site developments takes a while.
