There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

  • Hello

I've come to the conclusion that I'm actually quite pants at my job. Well, either that or it's impossible to do, and my personal philosophy is that nothing's impossible.

There are an AWFUL lot of queries coming in to me at the moment and I know I seem bad at getting back to people, but honestly it's not that I'm ignoring you, it's that I'm trying to prioritise the different requests and needs of the website and the resolution and improvement of processes, issues and site developments takes a while.

We're working hard to provide a better service but as I said there's unfortunately no magic wand to wave to make it all better :(

I'll be on here Saturday to answer and resolve as many outstanding queries for you as possible. Please feel free to PM me (but don't clog up my inbox unnecessarily please!)

As far as I know, all outstanding Intrepid PiggyPoints for those who have registered successfully through Pigsback.com for their newsletter and weren't previously subscribed will be credited on Friday afternoon after 4pm. All Cyberslotz PiggyPoints for all those members who registered for the first time through Pigsback.com, opened a cash account and played with it have now been credited and I'll have an update on Visit London later today.

Bear with me guys and gals. Getting there... promise!

    Hi Darragh,
I think in this situation you are The Man (in both the sense of being the establishment we're dealing with, and as a top bloke ;)) so you deserve respect (from us and the self stuff) for your efforts.

Good luck with turning the corner on the deluge.
