aww...just had a lovely phonecall from (I think it was Darragh but I missed the fellas name) Pigsback asking me if I wanted champagne by the Thames tomorrow evening (lovely voice by the way ;o) hehe) and while I would love to have taken up the offer I'm in Belfast so the Thames would be a bit too far away for me. It's my own fault for randomly entering competitions isn't it but the personal phone call was just lovely and a real indication that their customer service is well on the way. There aren't many internet companies that make personal phone calls so a big thumbs up to Pigsback from me

Just a question about the Audible offer. I have been thinking about doing it for a while. Has anybody actually got the points yet? Is it a direct debit that is set up (so i can easily cancel). Can you cancel on the internet or by email?

I signed up for the offer but it takes 14 working days to credit the points and Darragh has stated that all points are only credited on the friday. so take out the month's free offer, then cancel the subs after 3 weeks, then chase the points. I'll post back when/if I get the points.
