I have got to agree,the likes of Cancun/Kenya/Mexico are very hard indeeed to find in normal circumstances(let alone at half term) for £250pp.
I would also agree with what TM is saying about booking sooner rather than later as there isnt much left at all within your budget.

I can do bed & breakfast + dinner = 2 persons £438.

Resort = Skegness

Hotel = Butlins

Transfers = Not included.
