samsung Tocco phone lock help !!!

I am wondering if anyone may be able to help,My friend bought a Tocco from someone before xmas and all was well ,until last night she put it onto charge and when she switched it back on it is saying phone lock and asking for a pin number between 4-8 characters long.She has tried all the obvious ones of 1234,0000,12345,00000000 but none of them are working.
She doesnt know if the code has always been on the phone or her little girl has benn messing about with it,the lad she bought it from no longer works with her so cant ask him if he put a code on it .
Is there an override code or any cheap way around this without buying another phone ??

call samsung and they might be able to help as the networks wont have any of that info. 0870 SAMSUNG (0870 726 7864)
