With regard to 3.6 or 7.2Mbps in the 'mobile specs' - this should not be a big concern as networks provide limited coverage which support speeds of 7.2Mbps. It's one thing having a product capable of achieving those speeds, but until the networks increase capacity and coverage at those speeds I wouldn't let that be a factor in buying a product in your case.
