If i swap from talktalk to aol will i get charged £29.99 connection fee, i suppose i must just wanted to make sure ?

If AOL charge a connection fee on thier accounts then it would be charged when swapping from TT to AOL. As others have said why do you want to change from TT to AOL? The broadband is provided on the same exhange equipment.
