Broadband no fair usage crap

Does anyone know of a broadband company that doesn't impose any bloody fair usage policy upon it users?
Tiscali incidently for anyone considering them are crap if you download more than 3 or 4 gb a month.
I hate these companies that consider downlaoding roughly 20gb a month, but only during the night, being unfair to other users.

Unfortunately, the days of unlimited cheap broadband access are at the end of their days.
For users that need a truly unlimited service now, they need to pay a bit more than the budget services are offering.
I'm with Zen Internet. They are probably the top ISP in the UK for speed/reliabilty/service at the moment (and have been for quite a while). I pay more than a lot of deals offered on these boards, but in return I get a service that is second to none. In approx one years service with them, I've not had even a minutes slowdown/loss of service.
Their download policy is limited to how long you can keep your computer downloading. They don't use any form of traffic shaping at any time, or limit what you do on your connection. For this we pay a bit more in return. This is worth every penny (IMHO). When I've called them to request further free services, they've answered the phone straight away (in the UK) and sorted my request straight away.
If you are migrating they do a free connection. The minimum contract is also one month with no penalties. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

i agree with aprevious poster- i am with blueyonder and whilst only have a 512k connection which allegedly was increased to 2mps have not had a problem downloading all night if required. So far i haven't had any snotty email a la tiscali but you never know.
As far as i am concerned unless it states fair use policy which is so ambiguous, it means 24-7 if i wanted- not that i do, do that.
the only thing i am concerned about is Blueyonder's approach to providing isp details fo those who upload and download- can someone clear this up for me, are they more interested in the uploaders or will they also be interested in downloaders?Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -

Go here to check your speed... http://www.adslguide.org.uk/ on the left
speed test and then post your findings for a answer to the speed upgrade.
As far as I am aware they are not in the habit of tracing usage as
such as I download and upload a lot of stuff every day and never one query.0 -

You didn't put on any qualification about not having an activation charge! If you had, I wouldn't have wasted my time suggesting it!"Some say the cup is half empty, while others say it is half full. However, this is skirting around the issue. The real problem is that the cup is too big."0
