I got an Hinari home baker today from a carboot sale. Looks in excellent clean/hardly used condition and was only a couple of pounds. Problem is , it didnt come with any instructions. I have used it this afternoon to knead dough for pizzas and that worked out well. I now want to use it to make some bread. There are no…

I've tried using this recipe
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/best-bread-machine-bread/
but it made just a smidge too much, I put 1g too much yeast in so that might have been the problem...

I would try the recipe on here but that's got more flour in it so I think might be bigger.

Does anyone have any other recipes or should I just scale the allrecipes one down?
