Hinari breadmaker/homebaker but no instructions!!!

I got an Hinari home baker today from a carboot sale. Looks in excellent clean/hardly used condition and was only a couple of pounds. Problem is , it didnt come with any instructions. I have used it this afternoon to knead dough for pizzas and that worked out well. I now want to use it to make some bread. There are no digital buttons on it, only a selection of options, basic, sweet, french, dough and a couple of others. I dont have a clue what to press. Any ideas?????????? or is this only useful for dough making? Thanks in advance, any suggestions appreciated.

Your next problem is likely to be that they say '2 cups of flour, 1 tbsp yeast' etc etc.
Breadmakers usually come with their own little measuring devices. It would be worth asking Hinari if they sell these as well (assuming they didn't come with the BM) as they all tend to be slightly different sizes, IMHO. Or you could ask if any other MSE'r has some and could tell you something else that's the same size (easy to measure the cup in fluid ozs, a bit more difficult with the spoon).
Do you know the model number? The link above is very useful but you might find something even better on the web (like the full manual, you never know!) if you Google the right thingEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

For measuring the flour for my Hinari breadmaker, I weigh it out instead of using the cup measure. I have found that 5oz flour works out to be one cup, so for a recipe asking for 3 cups flour, I would use 15oz flour.0 -
I have been given one of these, also without instructions! The measuring cups etc are there though.
Can anyone given me the instructions, with ingredients, for a basic loaf?
Thanks.10 1p's are better than no 10p's !!!

and yeast in teaspoons = tsp??

Hi,
does anyone have this model? I have no instructions, so if anyone could let me know th recipe for a basic loaf, I would be extremely grateful.
I have tried googling, but haven't come up with anything yet.
Many thanks"Carpe Diem"
