I have a Hinari HB151 and make my loaf as follows:

    9 fluid oz milk
1 lb strong bread flour - I usually use half white and half malted
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons sugar
    2 teaspoons Doves Farm yeast
    1 oz butter

Put the milk in first, then put the dry ingredients on top, finally put the butter on top of that.

I use the Basic Bread baking instruction, on the Light setting.

If you want to use water instead of milk, add 2 teaspoons dried milk to the dry ingredients.
