    It seemed to be random in the problem. Sometimes pages would load fine, other times it stalled until I pressed F5 to have another go

    It was quirky I use PCTools All in one at the mo as got it for free via hotukdeals.co.uk.

    It did work from switching it from high to medium

    the version it is coming up with is ZoneAlarm Pro version:7.0.470.000
    I know the rules of punctuation and grammer I just choose to ignore them (or forget them half the time)... Apologies in advance

    Download and install this later version to solve the problem.

    After installation, you can move the settings back to High....and then do a FULL virus and Malware scan of your laptop.
