Anyone else having poor Wanadoo conection problems over this last week!

Iv been with Wanadoo 4 years now ,and over the last week ,im losing conection on a regular basis.
Any one else ? or just me? :o

    You may have seen my other comments in this forum - I was let down badly by Wanadoo over christmas and completely lost my internet access at the most important time of the year for both family and business use. In January I discovered they had consistently lied to me so I cancelled my subscription. They then refused to give me a migration code and maliciously blocked my line for another month so I couldn't sign up with a new ISP.

    I had been with Freeserve from the beginning and never had a problem until Wanadoo took over.
