Hi
My Virgin cable broadband and phone contract is ending this month. I pay £14.50 p/m in total. Unfortunately Virgin didtal tv service is not available in my area, so can't take advantage of their tv package deal.
Is it worth switching to another provider and have a BT line installed. In short run it will cost more due to BT installation charges, but wil that give any benefit in long run, or should I just continue with virgin.
Don't have any issues with virgin service (except for a recent experience with their overseas call centre, which I think is same with other service providers- so probably not relevant for decision making), just wanted to be see what other options are avaiable.
Thanks in advance.

Switching to BT gives you more choice but Virgin will want to hang onto you so call them and say your looking for a cheaper deal as you think you are paying too much. They will offer you some retention offer and from what ive heard they are quite good0
