Nut-free sunflower seeds-Help please

Sue I looked at the sunflower seeds in Boots/Waitrose/Tesco and Marks and Spencer . They all said may contain nut traces and/or other seeds.

Thanks to all you wonderful people for checking packets.Hunnymonster I think Co-op looks like the best bet.I'm sure these warnings all mean basically the same thing, ie We can't be bothered to make sure our products are nut-free.0

I am so glad to have found this thread and realise that I am not alone. My youngest has a severe nut allergy, has had all the tests and we have to carry epipens and medicine with us at all times. She is not allergic to seeds though but so many foods that my older 2 love have the good old nut warnings on them so I no longer buy them. Thank god for Kinnerton and Bakers Boys though. Also penn State Pretzels are made in a nut free environment too.0
