Trouble is though Lizzie, unless the NRPP does provide the details the CSA cannot calculate the final part of the calculation so it is not possible to do.

ONe way to check is to just use the net income of the NRP and then take off the notional assessment figure - if there is money left over, then that is what the assessment will be.

She has sent payslips in, but they contain more overtime than normal. CSA should therefore do the calculation and she should then be able to switch the amount to see if it is still right under normal working hours.

I see - yes thatwould make sense. Is she works full time anyway, it is unlikely to make any difference at all.
  • hi - yes i work full time and my wage isnt that much more than my husbands, i just dont want to the housing costs to be assesed on last years slips where i was gettin overtime and now im not getting any or very little. I have sent a letter with a letter from my top manager stating that i am not getting overtime and also a letter from me stating that i have already supplied 4 months payslips 2 of which are very recent and more inline with my wage now.. thing is they want payslips from wages over a year ago and ones where the dictate the date.

Kelloggs, what is this departure that you are talking about? just when i thought that i had this csa 1 down to a t.. hahahahaha
  • just had a look around with ref to dept:
am i right n saying that the csa will not take my wage into account for % of the living costs unless she asks for a deptarture. If that is the case and they are asking for my slips surely she has already asked.

Or have i got the total wrong end of the stick!
