Hi

I was wondering whether somebody could give me somemore advise...
i am the parnter of the nrp and they are now currently asking for my wageslips.. they have my patners and all our household details ( we are on the old csa system by the way).

Anyway the wageslips they asked for were from last year (jan 08). i have sent them jan 08 and dec 07 (as they needed to be consecutive) the 2 slips from the dec and jan were quite high due to an abesnt colleague xmas bonus so i also sent them a letter explaining that i do not get this kind of overtime now.. infact i think im lucky i havent been redundant.. :) and also oct 08 and nove 08 wageslips......

they have now asked for either oct 07 & nov 07 or feb 08 and march 08...which still have quite a bit of overtime....

i am concerned that i am now not gettin this kind of overtime and that they will work the assesment on these old (year olds) payslips.

Can somebody tell me whether they can keep asking for wageslips (when im just the partner) and also whether (as i earn slightly more than my parnter) whether they will only half the living costs of whether they will work it out as a percentage!!

Basically i dont want to send the 5th and 6th payslips and i think that they are takin the mick the only thing they dont have is my inside leg measurment..... I HATE BEEN A WORRIER!! ARRRRRHHHH

Sorry if this does not read well....

as an nrpp you dont have to send them anything if you dont want to.
  • will it not make the assesment worse tho... they alread have 4 months worth... and im scared that they will take the worst (the month with the most money) and use that in the assesment

i have got my manager to write a letter aswell saying that i dont get any overtime at the mo....

have a look at afairercsaforall website they help nrps and nrpp's more

you did not have his kids and why they still require nrpp's info is beyond me after all they say you have no obligation or responsibilitys toward them in law.

but basically i think that its a case of if nrp earns less than you then they take your wages into consideration as you can make up the difference (or meanings to that effect before anyone slates me). so basically you take care of the shortfall to support your partner to enable him to give her money = pay another woman for kids you had nothing to do with making.

but why ? its beyond me.

but seriously you dont have to tell them anything at all.

Another of your nasty, totally irrelevant comments.

Any person, whether PWC, NRP, NRPP, always receives advice on here to the best of our ability. Sometimes people may not get an answer straight away because people are not on MSE all of the time.

Just my opinion as a PWC and former NRPP.

please help - Despite another of jacklink's nasty comments, she is right about you not supplying your income details.

I think it would be a good idea for your employer to write back stating that the CSA is not entitled to your income details. If the case officer persists tell the CO that you will be getting your MP involved. Then tell them to transfer you to a Complaints Resolution Officer to lodge a complaint against the member of staff.

Furthermore, tell them NOT to contact you nor your hubs by phone and only via letter.

    I quoted your offensive comment.

Did you actually see what I posted? I was an NRPP too.

No NRPP gets slated on here. But people that make derogatory comments are told to stop it. You have been told once again.

    End of subject.
