good news about Edna. Got some news today so looks like i need a major rethink about my debt free strategy to try and shave 6 months off of it. Heaven only knows how i plan to do that, but needs must and all that.

I fought with BT - threw a strop (justified I have to say) and after 2 emails and several phone calls, finally someone has listened, changed my broadband package and taken £65 off my current bill.

Thanks for pushing me to do battle chaps and not standing for excessive charges or shoddy service!

Not much else to report - :)

Gently but lovingly taps LT up the harris with a soft stripey toe..........x

Write a list of what you want. Then prioritise it into steps that can get you there. Then make a cunning plan to get what you want.

Just cancelled one mobile phone contract up for renewal in Dec - saves £19 a month :)

DD's now down to £385 a month (excluding rent) its all moving forwards..........small steps!

Contemplating what to tackle next - or wait til after christmas time - although - I like PAD's :) wouldn't want to lose momentum by not sorting something else next.

    Penguin chops £2745
    OR
    First Credit £2684

Both interest free, first credit is on my credit file. Penguin chops is a sort of friend. Decisions decisions.

i'd got for the one on your credit file, penguin chops has waited this long he can wait longer!
i think tomorrow i'm going to sit down and work out how much i have to find each month to knock 6 mths off my debt free date. bit tired at the moment and feeling guilty as OH is moving washing about and i'm 'playing' on the puter.
wish i has some stuff to sell and OH would do something about selling his scooter.
  • ?? your cards are amazing why not make some packs of them and sell them on ebay or sell off some crafting bits and make back some money for your dfd :)

when I was selling plants and seeds I made enough for DD's wii and we have a strict one DVD in one DVD out policy - if we get anything normally something else leaves the building.........

Or sell OH and his scooter as a bargain lot - :)

on second thoughts - maybe doing some thing to sell your bits might make him think about selling his scooter?

First credit website is wierd and it doesnt look very - inspiring or particularily legitimate - any one any experience of them? I think they are a real company but so wierd not to have a 'web' presence

Which is all very well, but what are you going to call it
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
