Peedie update
I am poor - but my brother has the keys to his new house - hurrah - just need to keep on top of his HB application and then he should be ticketyboo.
Nothing paid off of anything yet - awaiting money coming back from the sibling person - never mind
April GC worked so we are heading for £75 in May (??!!)
And will put away another 50-75 for the next mega shop.
Big brother a 'moving in' kit from the stripey socks shop - you know the set up the house kinda box - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, loo roll, juice, beans, butter etc chocolate
DS finishes exams today hurrah - he's been worse than normal
DD has her cello performance tomorrow so fingers crossed for that
Plants NEED TO BE LISTED ON EBAY !!!!!!!!! (note to self)

I never remember jokes and don’t have a sense of humour really but here goes – if it made me laugh it might make you lot laugh…..
What did the slug say to the snail?
Want a big issue, mate??!!
(noting that slugs are the poorer version of snails whom own their own houses!)
PS apologies – gardeners joke J
I tried to tell this joke in the office
And was greeted with completely blank looks
And even when I explained it; the response was an uninterested "Oh"

Warning dumb question alert
(I've come in from gardening lucielle - maybe that's what everyone else is doing)
Here's the dumb question:
the bit that comes out of the seed first, is that the root or the shoot?
I just want to know if I'm planting my sprouted seeds upside down, I'm sure they'd cope if I did, but I'm curious0 -
I'm so bored today. fed up cause my printer wont work
I think i may go for a nap
OO - normally the bit that comes up the way is the shoot and the thing that goes down is the root although I do have some pumpkins who have done it back to front. Wait till they get a bit bigger and if its green and pointing up, thats the sprout and should stay above groundDFW 228 LONG H 68
