Please can you justify this, or are you on the "let's hate PayPal" bandwagon?
As a buyer, buying goods on eBay, paying by PayPal is one of the safest methods to pay.
To the seller, it amounts to the risk of chargebacks and high fees for the privilege of getting paid, something much lamented on this forum. But that has no bearing on making it bad for the buyer.0 -
