Argos were selling the 6230i for £99.97, I got one of two that were left in the Stirling store... Might still be one left if anyone is interested.

    Catalogue number: 547/1658
Can't seem to find it online...

They took it off the internet as it was in the old catalogue, it can only be collected from the store and can't be reserved.

You can check stock by calling 0870 600 1010

  • Hi there

I have just got the 6230i free with o2. I asked for my code to transfer to orange. They gave me the phone for free plus 500 free cross network minutes and 200 texts for £19 per month.

Can't work out how to download an Average White Band ringtone but apart from that the phone seems fine.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but its a 6230 NOT a 6230i.

buy 6230i (non clearance) from e2save (part of carphonewarehouse) - they give you orange 1000 mins off peak free. free line rental. and if you go through quidco, you can get £41.50 (usually £31.50) further cashback.

i have received one and it is network unlocked. i'm keeping orange sim just for emergency, etc and using my PAYG sim.

    e2save is reliable in cashback.

Shameless self promotion: thank me if you find this useful!!
