Could you try and arrange some free PR from your local paper.
Perhaps you could tie in the Repair aspect as thats one of your USPs. Maybe contact local historic houses and see if they have any carpets that need repairing, apply the appropriate spin, and hopefully get a full page advertorial in the local paper along with say a 10% of voucher.

Theres nothing like free advertising.
