moving home with BT

Hi everyone,
I'm currently with BT broadband option 1 and BT phone option 3 (anytime inc calls) I move home in March and my aim is to move over to Sky BB and Sky Talk (already have Sky+TV) but my BT Broadband 18month contract is not up till May. If I move with BT to my new home will they make me do another 18 months from the date I move or will the current contract still only run till May OR should I just move and join Sky Broadband and Sky Talk (might be tricky cos of landline rental?) I expect BT will also want to charge me for the remaining 2 months if I switch to Sky before May.
What do you guys think?

For broadband "If we continue the service at your new address, the rest of your minimum period or a new three-month minimum period will apply, whichever is greater", for voice "If we continue the service at your new address you will be subject to a new minimum period from the date we provide service at your new address."

Thanks Deklan99, any idea what the 'voice' minimum period would be? Is it worth just ditching BT when I move and pay the remaining 2 months and join Sky BB and Talk when I get to new home? Or would this be complex as the landline in new home is currently BT and flat has been empty for some months.
