cavity wall insulation

I am thinking about having cavity wall insulation. I believe there are three different types, blown mineral wool, EPS beads, UF foam.
Does anyone out there know which is the best?.
Does cavity wall insulation emit chemicals into the building, is it safe?
Hope somebody out there can answer my questions.
Thanks

Thanks for the info .
Phoned Energy Saving Advice Centre today and was informed that most of the cavity wall installers use mineral wool these days as it is the quickest method.
The only problem is my house is a 1930's semi, quite rough stone outer wall with brick inner wall.I was told that most installers would refuse to do my house as the mineral wool would stick to the rough surface of the stone causing uneven distribution of the wool, also most other forms of cavity wall insulation are now obsolete0
