T Mobile End of contract

Hi we have 3 contracts with T Mobile all coming up for renewal early March.

At the moment we're happy with these, and would like to continue.

What would happen if we didn't contact them about upgrading, would the

present plans carry on or would the discounts be removed without them

letting us know? If this is the case we would be looking to cancel!

Thanks

Any discounts you had on for the term of the contract would come off, they dont have to let you know if they do

The contract would drop to a month on month term and, as sporedude says above, any discounts offered for the start of the contract would expire.
Just call them up and see what they'll offer you for a new term, they are some really good retention deals being offered at the moment. . .
  • Thats what I thought! Oh well, better give them a call on Monday, hopefully

they will offer something similar, as we don't want new phones.

If you want to switch to sim only you'll get a great deal at the moment and I'm not sure if it was T but someone was saying they were getting £150 credit on their acc just for NOT wanting a new phone !!

Course you would, usually done straight away
  • would the discounts be removed without them

letting us know? If this is the case we would be looking to cancel!

    Thanks

Depends on the terms of discount, my contract ended 3 years ago but I still have my 50% discount until I choose to upgrade or change tariff.

100mins + 40mb data for under £15 - don't think I'll be changing  (My N70 is starting to look a bit dated tho)

my contract just ended last week, and they werent offering me anything decent for upgrade.

but i did ask if my conditions will remain the same even though i am out of contract. i was told yes i do keep the 50% discount and the tarriff remains the same.

but its always safer to ask rather than leave it .
