I've just realised that I have said more on these forums than I have intended to in the past:

The names of two of my children
The name of the town I live in
The car(s) I drive (both of which are very easy to recognise as they are rare / customised)

I hadn't really thought about how much info I had given out if you put all the little comments here and there together.

TBH, I am starting to think that PN is correct - NDG is on holiday or simply taken a break to live in the real world for a bit. Her sons piccie is still up next to her name, I think if she had left due to that PM then she would have removed the photo.

I tell you what was spooky, I googled the Halifax to see what their current ISA rates were, MSE was near the top so I clicked on it out of interest, It was only one of my posts :eek:

I've learnt far more than I wished to know about various posters from this thread, either from them spilling the beans themselves or from them being 'outed' eg !!!!!!, by others.

At least we are saved from the knowledge of DD's name.

I've always been careful to use different user names on each forum I belong to because of search engines. I know someone who used the same name on all the forums he belonged to, another poster 'Googled' his username and managed to pull out all sorts of information from different sites.
