How can I find a buy to let buyer ?

I think it's good that you've recognised that it probably is "grasping at straws" to hope for such a buyer. If it helps, on a £175K valuation using the normal BTL max criteria of 85% LTV and the rental being 130% of the monthly mortgage repayment, I reckon "your new landlord" would have to charge you about £880pm in rent. Couple that with the insecurity of tenure other posters have mentioned and if you did get a BTL buyer, it may be a less than ideal solution for you.
Always difficult when somewhere holds good memories and you're used to it - but maybe time to move on and have a change of scenary. BoL.0 -
For a rental of £700 per month I would expect to pay approx. £160000ish for a BTL (subject to sight, location etc.)0
