OS for an old Dell?

I would recomend trying both DSL and puppy, and if they don't give you the results you want, then try using it with freeNAS as a file server.Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0

Anyone recommend me a free OS for an old dell? it has 128mb ram, p1 166mhz, 6gb HDD. It currently runs Windows NT 4.0 but I want to play around with Linux

Got something similar running Puppy, I use it to show people
that's all you need to get online, and not £100s.
Puppy has a basic firewall and will do basic printing on my Canon i560.Move along, nothing to see.0
