Just been into ASDA at Birchwood and they have got Prestige 5 piece knife block sets in at £5.00. The block consists of:
8" bread knife
8" carver/slicer
8" chef's
4 1/2" utility
3 1/2" paring
They fit into a natural wood block. The knives have quality hollow ground stainless steel blades and the handles are moulded, giving perfect cutting control.
They also had Rosemary Connely stick blenders in at £7.50.
