Uswitch/B.T horrible nightmare

The nightmare of changing broadband and land line providers.
Late November I changed my provider form talk talk to bt through uswitch.
December 9 I received all my kit from bt and was told I was ready to.
Two weeks later,my telephone and broadband get disconnected?I called Bt they said I did not have the line rental with them?I called Talktalk,they said they no longer had the line,I sent an email to Uswitch,no reply?
Finally after 7 days of utter frustration,somebody told me to contact Ofcom,which I did,they gave ,me a reference number and a number to call at bt.
I called them,got a sorry and a technician would soon be calling???24 hours later I got a call from a supervisor saying sorry a technician would soon be calling.................
24 hours(Friday morning) later,no call,so I called,"oh the technician who was dealing with you called in sick today,it should be sorted out by Monday.....

I have to fell sorry for those lethargic bt foot dragging,pass the bucker's.
In the future even if bt offered a free line and broadband I will stay well clear of the blood sucking dinosaur it is,and will expose it at every opportunity I have,not to mention Uswitch!
So finally after two weeks I was reconnected

I am livid at the beast who has no feelings for families.
I did revieve a sorry,but that just does not do the mental stress our family endured :mad:

    Who is currently supplying your land line and broadband services? BT or Talk Talk.
    I recently cancelled my call package with Talk Talk, never got an acknowledgement so after paying the last bill just cancelled the DD.
    That gum you like is coming back in style.
  • Its now B.T from Talk talk,B.T just could not give a s**t.
    But I intend to take them to the small claims court for all the truama we have had.
