peppers are fine to freeze. I also freeze chillies when I buy them, take them out about 1 minute before needed and snip with scissors into the meal.
Also, what I do is buy yellow stickered bags of herbs and chuck them in the freezer. When I need some I give the bag a scrunch, chuck in what I need and put any left back in the freezer. I also do it with bags of spinach."Stay Wonky":D

Hello all- I'm back !!!!!!!!!!! What have I missed???
We had a wild time in Frisco-great flights both ways, but ended up in Prestwick for an extra night due LHR snow.....my folks missed their flt back home so I had to buy new tix, and I got a parking ticket at Gatwick...!!!!!!s had already called a tow truck too so I was lucky just to get the £30 ticket...whats been happening here then????
