Did someone mention cake....(ssh, don't tell my weight watchers leader!)

Well the coconut and lime are healthy right (we just won't mention the 12oz caster sugar...)

Yep - in a bag per pepper. Never done it before buut I figured if they lose a bit of crunch they'll still be good for sauces/stews etc which is what we tend to have them in. I'd get fresh to use in salads/stirfry where I need a bit of crunch.

Next shop will have a big bag of onions and I'll do the same. I also grate carrots to freeze for using in soup/muffins etc. Food processor makes short work of them and for soups and casseroles you don't even need to defrost them before you bung them in the slow cooker;)

Has anyone seen my motivation?

I've just sat and watched a lovely film, very sad but I love it...City of Angels.

DD1's got an inset day and has vanished into town with friends....DD2 is obviously feeling better as she's asking for food every 2 seconds.

Luc, I do that with my peppers, they seem to keep their crunch well.....unlike peppers that you buy pre-frozen that always seem to be soggy...

    afternoon all!

Happy birthday to Erin, hope it's lovely and lots of fun!

It snowed here until around 9 last night and started to ice up quite badly - next door couldn't get their car up the driveway!.

A bit had gone this morning, but not enough to stop a rather dicey slide down the driveway for me, I heard myself thinking 'stop before the road!!!'

It's almost all gone now, but went to Bournemouth with some colleagues just before lunch and there is still loads there.

Teaching admin. this afternoon for next weeks classes, lets hope there is no more snow!

And yayyyyyyyyyy for £72 hitting my account from Quidco!
