Morning all :wave:
It's OH's birthday today, so not a lot on my list other than to find him a birthday pressie (already got him tickets to 2 shows, so just a little thing for him to open theis afternoon - funny how all MSE stuff goes out the window when it's a loved one heehee!
) and to tidy up the house for him getting home.
Going to his parents for a meal tonight so at least that will be a little MSE, and I won't have dishes to wash tonight!
So, not a lot really:- tidy living room and bedroom
- finish washings (or hide everything away that hasn't been washed yet! :rotfl: ) and get dried on airers
- get up to next £1 on STP
- write one review on DooYoo
- do free scratch card
- do any reviews available
- lunch from cupboard (try to resist Greggs when out!)
- bus up to shopping centre to save money on taxi
- buy present and check OHs mum is buying a cake for him!
- pay cheque into OH's bank account
- look for cheap boots for myself

Hi all - hope everyone is having a good day.
I'm walking home tonight to save £1.20 on bus fares (it's a few miles walk;
Had a lunchtime run for some free exercise with colleagues;
Will comp a bit later;
Sending my 'give me my money letter' to Egg.
Feeling smug for my running!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -
Hi All :hello:
Yorkshire Belle - I make that mantra everyday as I spend so much time on here and the net, i'm suprised I haven't been picked up on it yet! Really don't want to get the sack though so I am trying to stick to lunchtimes and trying to get in half hour before work and staying half hour late so that gives me 2 hours of DFW stuff I can do plus whatever I do in the evenings and at the weekends. This site and doing extra things to get the extra money is just so addictive, plus there isn't much to do here at the mo which makes the boredom at work even worse!
So for today:
Have rung the OU about credit transfers - thanks for all your feedback yesterday it all really helped :beer:
Free scratch - 10p
Put money in my ISA - got paid £7.10 from Quidco today and £6 from Cex the other day so that went in there, plus 90p so make it up to £14
Bought lunch into work but won't be an NSD as have hair cut tonight
It's someones birthday here today and people usually bring in cakes so heres hoping
- ooo they have just arrived! :j
Catching up on the thread
