    I suppose we could stop the assumptions by asking the OP why they want to know?

    Could it be that:

    a) Due to the current climate, they are in dire financial trouble and require some financial advice from MSE'ers?
    b) They took a loan out, spent it on, ooohhh, I don't know what, and then hear a whisper that they don't have to pay it back if they can latch on to and prove some legal loophole?

    So, what's the answer, Kate-08?
