  • why have you titled this thread as you have? wouldnt it be more fitting to call it:

    HAVE I GOT AWAY WITH PAYING MY DEBTS
  • I am entitled from JSA to £11.19 a fortnight as my partner gets working tax credits which pay for nursery fees so they see it as we make too much money in the household.

    The only debt i pay is my court fine of £20 a month, so i'm left with £2.38 to live off without any other debts.

    Are you paying your debts by cash only, because I think the CRAs and banks would be able to link your debts to your payments, otherwise. If your bank knows where you live, so do the CRAs and, by extension, any creditors.
