Hi all.
A year ago I switched from AOL broadband to Virgin broadband as I moved to an house without a BT line.
Anyway, everytime I am using the internet and click on a link on a website to send an email to that website my old AOL broadband starts setting up and giving me internet access through AOL. I found out AOL were still charging me so I arranged for them to cancel again and they gave me a refund (after about 5 calls to them).
I tried uninstalling AOL from my hard drive and I also had to ring AOL yet again a week ago as they were still charging me despite telling me that my broadband had indeed been cancelled.
Today I tried to send an email via a website and again my old AOL connection set up. For some reason if I want to send an email via my Virgin connection I have to go specifically to my Virgin email inbox and send from there.
What on earth am I doing wrong?
