How many litre per cm of oil?

Hi all

I just had a fuel delivery this morning and I'm wondering if they gave me the full amount...
I ordered 500L and it only made the level go up by 23.5cm (The tank is a Titan LP1200, so cyclindrical shape, but it was almost empty and the total height is 89cm for 1200L).

As it's my first delivery ever, I have nothing to compare to...

You cannot gauge(pun) how much you got delivered in a cylindrical tank(lying on its side) by measuring oil level.

500l in an empty tank will raise the level far more than when the tank is, say, one third full.
