Electric heaters - smell!

    took the fronts off both heaters and dysoned hoovered it inside and out. Put back together and although there is a slight smell on switch on, it soon dies away. Nothing compared to the smell before!!

  • I don't think Mr Skint was saying chuck them out because they smell, its because they guzzle electricity, are uncontrollable and generally a bit rubbish - no offence!

    None taken! The house has part GCH and 2 rooms have electric heating. The house was bought to let so the tenants will be paying the leccy bill, not me. Maybe one day i will get GCH through the house.
