Yes, over 2 years ago, almost £13K against Nemo Personal Finance through the FOS.

Liverpool Victoria, by 4 weeks with just one letter, of almost £2K

One of my Credit Cards Lloyds, just over £1K

And Twopart limited through the Financial compensation scheme of over a grand and a few hundred

Have a few more cases ongoing, with Lloyds on 3 loans, waiting to hear of a decision, its gone 8 weeks and I have contacted them and was told a decision should be on its way soon.

And Click Finance/Endeavour through the insurer with the FOS, this is currently still in the queue to be passed on to an adjudicator.

My hubby have been successful with 2 of his credit cards as well (Lloyds) through the FOS.;)
Still waiting for the refund on the one though.

Thought I would chase LLoyds up to ask if they have come to a decision yet as its way over 8 weeks on the loans PPI, thought I would give them longer because I know there will be some waiting with the FOS, even though the chances are if the decisions are not upheld, we will be going that direction anyway.

Here is the email reply here:

    Dear ,

I cannot give a definitive timescale however I would expect you to hear from us within the next 7 – 10 days.

    Regards

    Thanks Marshallka;)

I'm not sure to be honest, normally what I have done is in the past is send the info in and requested fast tracking that way by enclosing evidence, they did not let me know until they were moved on to an adjudicator.

Infact I received a letter again today in regards of Hamilton, they said that they will be in touch in a few weeks of an update to let us know if this have been moved on, think it was October 09 I sent this in wasn't it?
(using new puter and not the details on this one).
They did also state that they will try to push it on to fast tracking, as its being considered.

  • Am absolutely raging mad!:eek::mad::eek::mad::(:( my rebook and cancel re WF was meant to be resolved by 22nd January. I emailed the person dealing with it and got this reply!

I have asked our IT department for an update and got this reply
"TD9954 (19 agreements) - this has failed testing and has been returned to Fiserv for further work. No ETA as yet"

Unfortunately, this is not the news we were after. It was determined that IT would not be able to implement the resolution in it's current form for the specific technical defect which is affecting your account and 18 others. Fiserv is the third party company working on technical defects with our systems.

What this means for you is that we cannot yet proceed with the outstanding cancel and rebook process, and at present we do not have a date when Fiserv intend to provide us with an updated resolution. Having said that, I think it is positive that they have a fix that that I hope will only require minor tweaking before it can be implemented to our live financial sytems. This will allow us to complete the rebooking process and settle your complaint.

I offer my sincere apologies for the continuing delay in settling your complaint, and for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for the patience you have shown to date. I would ask that you remain patient a little while longer until we can complete the rebooking process and issue the financial redress in accordance with FOS guidelines.

I understand that this will come as a disappointment for you. I hope to be in touch again soon with better news. Please rest assured that as soon as I have an update regarding the expected resolution I will contact you to keep you fully informed.

Has anyone got any suggestions as I dont think I can email him back in the frame of mind I am in just now or I might just loose it completely!

    Hi hun
    Sorry to hear this.

We have been waiting for a few weeks over 8 weeks with Lloyds as well in regards of a few loans ppi, we keep chasing them and today received an email to confirm we should hear something by 10-14 days, I'm not holding my breath though, suppose the ways its going it will be with the FOS soon so more waiting.

I do understand how you feel.

Wonder in regards of your case if there is a higher dept to contact?
