Well done to you, Congratulations.:beer::T:beer:
Was this an offer of goodwill hun?
If they are saying they admit it was a mis sell, you can ask that they refund you the interest as well, wait for other opinions on this as well if I were you, good luck.;)
Hi Di
Bit wierd this one as they have paid out with interest on two other claims so I was surprised on this one. It's basically all the payments with no interest. Fear not, I will cash the cheque and ask for interest. :rotfl:0 -

Does anyone know the address to send in a claim for credit card ppi with Barclaycard
Hi Kat
There are quite a few addresses in regards of Barclays, as below:
I imagine its possibly the 1st or the 2nd one down, post by recorded delivery as well. You can try tracking this down on Tracking on the Royal mail website, and they must pass on to the correct dept for you, if its not reached the right one.
Good luck.;)

In peoples experience....If a bank has readily offered something (for example after very first letter) as unfair and the individual hasnt accepted and asked for a higher settlement...how have they played out? Has the bank refused? have the individuals had to take the FOS route?0

Hi there
I think this may vary to be honest, as some banks are more lenient than others.
If I wasn't happy with the offer, and if there was one big difference in the money I would write back to tell them I'm not happy and as I still believe I was mis sold for the reasons I given etc, if they did not refund all what is owed or at least a more of a reasonable amount, I would defo go to the FOS.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
