    Hi di

I thought i'd give you an update on my littlewoods claim. They have sent letter saying they will pay back premiums paid £387.07 plus £43.62 to cover when account would have been in credit :D Should they also be paying 8% interest?

Thanks for your help again :A

    Hiya

    That is fab, well done!
I am hoping someone else can confirm on the interest side of it, as it can differ from loan to cc ppi etc, but in my opinion it should be.:)

  • Hi all,

Quick question - I have tried to search through the 4 threads as best I can!

I had PPI on my Amazon.co.uk Mastercard which was originally issued by Halifax. Who would I put a claim in with, Amazon or Halifax ? I assume the latter but wasn't sure.

I also have NO paperwork at all for any of my old Amazon stuff, I destroyed it all when Amazon ended its affiliation with Halifax. At that point I was issued with a Halifax credit card (which still have the PPI on it). I believe the credit card number was the same as the original Amazon one, so I guess Halifax should have all the necessary info ?

    TIA!

    Hi dartsman,

Claim management companies will take your money for something you can do yourself with the help of wonderful people on this forum. Ignore their calls and do it yourself. Its easy. Me and my husband have got back over 24000 using advise from this forum. You do not need them, whatever their name is!!!
