They probably just try it on with a certain percentage hoping we will say 'oh well it was worth a try' and leave it at that.

Alongside sending the letter to FP do you recommend me emailing it to someone senior at Barclays too? Go for the belt and braces approach?!!!
    Send all info to

    robert.diamond@barclaysplc.com

Put you are amazed at the response from FP as this was clearly mis sold, and could someone take a look at this.
  • I have now received a response from RBS advising that loan claim is part of a consolidation loan chain and I have been offered 4 separate payments. I was just wondering is this correct?

    Hi,

just a quick question, i'm in process of drafting letter for funding corporation and i'm going to mention that it was front loaded, can they argue that agreement form, clearly said in the totals that interest would be added on. Is there anything I can write to counteract this?

    many thanks

Hi walshy i'd say it's right i've had 4 consolidated loans upheld with HSBC and thats how i'd expect to get my refunds.

I'd not worry about a counter to that argument irnbru these front loaded ppi's are extremely frowned upon now, which is why they've been banned i think you have a fool proof case, the banks hoping that by putting the mockers on you, you'll go away.

Hi just call them and tell them what they've done and go from there did you send everything via recorded so you can prove to them that they received it,you should'nt have to do this but you know what the banks are like

Yep i sent it recorded i will give them a ring now and let you know what they say
