They probably just try it on with a certain percentage hoping we will say 'oh well it was worth a try' and leave it at that. :mad:

Alongside sending the letter to FP do you recommend me emailing it to someone senior at Barclays too? Go for the belt and braces approach?!!!

And yes I believe they are the same.

I understand its the Cardiff Address for the actual address, maybe someone will clarify on this, even though they are the same as lloyds I understand its not the same address though, so the one I found was here, the same addy as the motor finance address for BH.

LOL, well I have funnily enough been completing a letter of a reclaim of mine, have got there now I think.:D
